Aman is a founding team member of Capital One Growth Ventures and responsible for venture investments, business development and new business incubation.

Aman works closely with lines of business to drive growth and innovation for Capital One by investing in unique, strategically relevant financial technology companies. His current areas of focus include alternative lending, payments and commerce, big data technologies and digital channels.

Aman joined Capital One in 2013 and has led a series of strategic investments ranging from seed to growth stage in marketplace, enterprise and payment technologies.

Prior to joining Capital One, Aman held senior financial services roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where he advised financial services clients on M&A, corporate finance and structured finance.

Aman holds an MBA from University of Illinois and a Bachelor in Commerce from Hindu College, Delhi University
