Dave is a Senior Associate at Primary Venture Partners and focuses his investing activities on B2B companies and SaaS platforms.

Prior to joining Primary, he worked as an Associate in the technology investment banking team at Morgan Stanley in New York. At Morgan Stanley, he executed multiple IPOs, M&A transactions and capital raises for some of the largest firms in the technology sector.

Dave’s previous experience includes roles in operations and corporate development, as well as strategic consulting.

Dave holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a Master’s in Engineering from Cambridge University.
