Emily currently works as an Analyst at Omidyar Network where she supports the sourcing and evaluation of for profit and nonprofit education investments in Latin America.

Prior to joining ON, Emily worked as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company where she provided strategic consulting services to a range of public and private sector clients. Emily also helped launch Generation, a program of McKinsey Social Initiative, which aims to train and place disconnected youth in promising careers.

Emily graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a B.S. in International Relations and Politics and a B.S. in Policy & Management.
