Mike is a partner at I2BF Venture Capital and joined the firm in 2010. Prior to joining I2BF, Mike was an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C., a leading Silicon Valley law firm, where he worked with investors and companies on numerous venture capital, merger and acquisition and public offering transactions within alternative energy and cleantech, software and SaaS, retail, networking, semiconductors, consumer internet and biotechnology. Mike holds a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law and a B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
